Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looked up some older posts and made it as far as “diagnostic” all hard drives before it shut down again.
Stays on 25-29 min then instantly turns off.  Restarts but clock is reset , use for work, not games so wouldn’t think I’d be maxing it out load wise.

@TL60

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down randomly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Were you doing the hardware test from the F2 menu on the computer? If yes, and the computer shuts down, then I recommend you contact support and check the available service options of your computer as it is a hardware issue.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

If no, then I recommend you boot to the computer to BIOS and check whether the computer is shutting down in the BIOS.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I have the same problem 2 times this scrap has already been in the service and they still only replace the heat dissipation element, they cannot / do not want to diagnose it correctly. This processor simply cannot cool down, I just wrote for a full refund. Do not be charmed that the bios will help something or drivers.

I have the same issues in Omen Laptop GarageBand PC
