Omen 17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

During a livestreamed lesson my PC suddenly froze, couldn't move the cursor or press any buttons.

So i turned the PC off after a while, and now it wont boot.

Whenever i Try to turn it on the screen is blank( no backlight) and it stays on for around 35 seconds before restarting and continuing this cycle.

I can hear the fans spinning and the light on the power button is on, also the backlight on the keyboard works fine.

I've tried connecting it to another screen, but nothing happens. Hard reset also doesnt seem to work.

Thanks for the reply, i've tried all the steps, but to no effect unfortunately. Someone mentioned to me that the motherboard itself might have broke, and thus i am sending it in for reparation.
