I use an Omen laptop for my work from home job, where I boot through a USB. I’m frequently on the phone (Avaya) during work with clients when the computer shuts down randomly and suddenly. When it first started it was only once a week or so, but now it’s everyday or sometimes twice a day. That’s bad for business, but I’ve seen posts of omen laptops doing this and HP being unable to fix. Does anyone have a solution?
