Product: OMEN by HP 15-dc0008nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Am trying turn on Omen lighting, when I select lighting studio on OMEN gaming hug, it shows an information sign indicating (Unfortunately this device is not supported by OMEN lighting studio)

Please i need help!! 

 

 

 

ps i just copy/past this question from an old one because there where no solutions for it.

The specs of my machine (same family but different model/product)

As you can see, my machine DOES have  Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO and your machine ONLY has  Full-size 2-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO that why Light Studio won't work (not supported) on tour machine.
