My Omen has two issues.  After replacing battery, battery is not recognized even though 100% is shown.

Secondly (same time) HP support thinks I have Win10 but I actually have Win 11

is the battery original ?

 

not all models have support for windows 11, some of them will support windows 10 even if you install windows 11 later on.

 

What is the laptop model?
