Welcome to HP support community.

You can connect a USB keyboard if you have and check if that works fine?

Meanwhile:

Run a component test on the keyboard to check for hardware issue.

1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.

4. Click component Test.

5. Click keyboard.

If the test fails, that should be a hardware issue.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

I've had this issue multiple times in the past with the same model.  It seems this laptop has issues with longevity of keys, especially the ones being used more often.  If your laptop is still under warranty, you can send it in for key replacements (both times I sent it in for this issue, it took 1-2 weeks).  If not, I don't know what you would need to do.  Personally, my warranty ended a couple months ago and almost immediately two keycaps broke, so now I'm using the rubber buttons for 'M' and '1' until I find somewhere I can buy new keycaps.

its a hardware problem unfortunately it broke all by itself

it really sucks man i only use this gaming laptop once in a while it costed me up to  2400euro and it has this problem, the thing is it's out of warranty and i have no idea what to do

Even though it's out of warranty it's still likely possible to pay for a fix if you're willing, you could contact customer support and ask.

i did contacted hp for that they said i have to send them the computer they'll fix it for 540$ that's a lot honestly

i can get a new monitor and a keyboard for that price and i'll make it as if it's a desktop instead

and if i sent it out when i"ll be getting my laptop back i"ll have to pay customs fees since m not from the us
