Hii i have a heat problem in my OMEN gaming laptop.

 

when i play the CPU are overheat and coming to like 97degrees and the GPU to 75.

 

what can i do for get low temp?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating when you play games.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

I update the BIOS but the temp is again high like 97C

I recommend you run a system test on the computer to make sure whether it is a hardware or a software issue.

All what you told me to do not working but now i take alook on the CPU and i see that the CPU always on 3.90GHz

its ok? 

maybe this is the problem?

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
