So I have been using this laptop for 2 weeks probably and I just notice today that one fan was louder than the other one so I opened the bottom of the laptop and I saw only one fan spinning and the other one wasn't, so I check the speedfan program and here is a image:Screenshot_1.png

When I bought the laptop the first days the 2 fans were working well and today just happened this.

It is normal one have more RPM than the other one?

I need help, I will wait for your reply,

regards, me

Yes, its normal.
The GPU fan will only kick in when the GPU is being taxed, The working fan is the CPU one as its always working.

Still not work when I play games, one fan doesn’t work, when I bought it the fans were working at the same time and they were good and now there is only one working.

How do you know its not working? my GPU fan will only kick in on intensive games, on light games such as LOL or Rocket League it wont even run the GPU Fan.... If the GPU fan is not working then you should get throttled, Confirm with HWINFO if the GPU is reaching max temps.

I played csgo yesterday and I tested it and the second fan wasn’t working, the bottom of the laptop was getting too hot because there was only one fan sipping and the other one wasn’t.
