One of button backlit keyboard color not match with color in the software

hey... i what to ask about one of button backlit keyboard color in my Omen by HP 15 dc-0037tx is not match with in Omen Command Center. What is the problems and solution for that ? Thanks

One of the colors is not the same as in the omen command center? I dont know if this is something I can help with.

If you could post a photo, that would help more too.

Besides that, make sure your system is up to date.

Run Windows updates even if it shows its already up to date. Click on the Check for Updates button and do this a couple of times.

Run the HP Support Assistant and search for any driver updates there.

Make sure your bios is up to date. Should be version F08.

Another user posted a photo of his keyboard not displaying the correct colors on some of the zones.

For example, he chose all blue, but some of the zones are green instead.

Is this what is happening to yours also???
