I place an order on December 22 but my order was declined but the funds was taken out of my account. The order was for the  HP Laptop 17z-cp200, 17.3 and amount charged was $291.59. I have an order reference number but when I gave to the representatives, they found no order on it. However, I have proof of this reference number and the declined order.

It seems like an issue with the charges on your card for the order that was declined and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
