Omen X-17
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to find a simple number to call or email to contact regarding a repair for my device. The warranty expired years ago and my local repair shop can't find a replacement keyboard, basically the W key has given up. I either need details for finding a replacement keyboard or have it sent to be repaired by HP please. I keep going in circles on the website and no contact details are given in these forums

Hi,

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05808729.pdf

This a service manual for Omen X 17. There is a list of compatible keyboards with the appropriate part numbers on the page 32. I have looked for the UK keyboard and those available are pretty expensive. Perhaps a US keyboard could be a better option as those should be a more popular. The only option here is to google the part number from a third party seller. I don't think HP have it in stock and if somehow they have a spare keyboard prepare £300-£500 for it.
