My laptop Cpu core temperature reaches 97°c while gaming and remains constant and the system shutsdown after an hour of gaming I put up a complaint for the same but the company isn't getting it replaced they just keep on changing the fans which are working properly.

The service person also did the thermal pasting again but there was no effect on it.

it's been 4 months since complaint and 5 months since purchase please help me ...

The manager of the service center says "sir it's a gaming machine 100°c is just fine according the document provided by hp" but when asked to show that document there is no response and don't  want a repaired laptop as it loses its company feel.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
