Hi there,

I recently bought this laptop, mainly for gaming and writing, and as soon as I open one of my games the pc crashes with a black screen and I'm forced to restart it manually.

Specifically the game is Dota2.

I've installed a Radeon driver update (Version 21.30.17.01-210910a-371621E-RadeonSoftware), I've updated Windows with every single update aviable, my BIOS is updated but every time i try to open Dota2 it inevitably crashes.

I ran into the same problem while playing Minecraft, despite the computer crashing after a couple of hours and not on startup.

Other games I have like The Binding of Isaac and Stardew Valley don't give me this problem and I really don't know what to do to fix it or how to figure out where the problem lies.

I'd appreciate if someone could help me with this issue.

It is not designed for games, you can play some low end games but not higher games.

Regards.
