Hi,
I am unable to find info, is it possible to upgrade RAM on this laptop to 32 GB (2x SODIMM DDR4, 16GB, PC2666, CL19, Non-ECC).
Thank you,
Cickova

Hello @Cickova
HP only tested and sells that series with up to 16GB of memory. HP does not have any official documentation that it will support more. Here is the manual... http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05985643
BUT, the chipset should technically support up to 32GB. Crucial Memory offers 32GB (2x16) for that series and they guarantee it to work or your money back. I have found that if Crucial offers a certain capacity for a series, its going work.
Here is their webpage showing the details... https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP---Compaq/pavilion-gaming-15-(models-15-cx00...
Thats the best I can offer you.

hi,
Thank you for your response.
I have found specs for the chipset and also specs on Crucial website, but still, no official from hp.
Despite that, on my local hp store (Croatia), it says that max supported is 32 GB.
Will try it 🙂
