Pavilion Gaming Laptop

Listen I have tried calling MULTIPLE times, tried the online tech support. I have a two-year warranty and they told me its expired, it's not.  I went to dispute it MULTIPLE times and every time I click Dispute I get a screen telling me the tech support site is down. All I need to do is send my laptop in to get fixed because the area where it shuts (where the screen and keyboard are held together) is literally FALLING APART.

 I finally got a Case Number

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
