Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B3AV)

Hi, I have OMEN by HP Laptop 16-b0xxx.
About a week ago I Omen gaming hub and HP framework SDK got updated and after that, after I launch any game only four of my CPU cores are getting 100% Utilized, I'm getting FPS drops and Freezes. Is there anything I can do about it?

P.S. I following wasn't happening before the update. all cores were utilized and my FPS was significantly higher.
