Physical components are destroyed on my omen latop

Physical components such as the right hinge have broken off. The screen blackouts randomly, also they are red and blue lights visible while the computer is in use.

Also for reference, the laptop hasn't been dropped or damaged by any external factors.  When the laptop was open the cracked was visible.
