okay so basically this all started January 13, 2019, I bought my first omen noticed it overheated sent evidence and got a replacement, the second, third, and fourth replacement did the same. even after repairs the heating issues continued to occur which would cut into my performance like I have an I7-9750H with an RTX 2060 how could it not run battlefield 2 on medium settings, my $200 with an -5-4570 and an RX 560 is outperforming this $3000 gaming laptop(youtube video soon to come on my channel tech 4 life), my case manager(won't mention his name) stated it's costing Hp to much to keep sending replacements, I was furious by this comment but kept it cool. it's not my fault these laptops can't handle what they're designed for and it also states "play from anywhere - without sacrificing performance"(https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/omen-by-hp-15-dc1088nr) second sentence. that statement isn't achievable, you'll either lose performance to thermal throttle when attempting to run games on the quality the hardware is SUPPOSED TO HANDLE or you'll lose performance from undervloting the CPU(btw undervolting isn't a solution it's a "workaround") either way their claim isn't achievable based on the performance my laptop is giving off while it's brand new out of the box I'd say a $500 pc could outperform it literally have a look yourself( https://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/star-wars-battlefront-ii-performance-guide/ ) please let me know whether their actions are appropriate considering the issues I've had over the years

Doubtful it will help, owned these 4 laptops(HP OMEN 15-dc0010CA, HP OMEN17-AN130CA, hp-15-dc1088nr and a brand new version of the hp-15-dc1088nr). I've sent these laptops in 11 times for repairs over the year, the only solution Hp has is the following, if there are software issues they won't even look at it they just format and state it's fixed and for heating, they'll replace the fans heatsink and thermal paste and CLAIM!!! THEY "preformed extensive testing"(which is a straight-up lie) Link to Newest Receipt (Link:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UlKdJhxUQk_lcdZsKGIa7AlSdikeoubt/view?usp=sharing )  as soon as I receive it and stress test the CPU with 3dMark on time spy(which is the lowest CPU stress option for gaming laptops it overheats so severely that I'd be able to fry eggs on the CPU(Video Evidence:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kXp1tsWFsMgPTxFW63xHDTR9cLHZE3bB/view?usp=sharing). there's literally nothing HP can do, none of their laptops can handle the heat from the regular 15 and 17 inch series. HP uses the same heatsink for the I7-9750H as the I7-7700HQ while the Hp omen with an I7-7700HQ can barely handle the temp as is. surely you must have realized that a CPU that performs 26-28% better & turbo boosts at 4.5GHz would clearly create more heat right? they just cheaped out on that section which is the second most important thing next to the performance.  which is why the laptops can't handle what there designed for, a pc replacement would be a better option except I don't have internet at home so that makes the pc useless. Besides my case manager said I'm not getting anymore despite the fact that the heating continues to occur. Do you have a solution then? because he has ran out of ideas and it's costing HP too much. Maybe HP should stop dropping their money on the look of the laptop such as the carbon fibre back but instead focus it on the overall performance of the laptop Heat: performance ratio wise
