[Please reply/help If you can!!] Problem with repair after warranty has expired
09-12-2020 08:20 PM - edited 09-12-2020 08:40 PM

I had a problem with my "A" key becoming loose and popping off about a year ago. My product was under warranty so I was able to get it fixed; however, when it came back the A key worked fine but just felt a bit funny. Now, about a little less than a year later I'm having the same problem, so their repair didn't work. I was trying to contact a livechat agent for about an hour now and haven't been able to figure out how to reach them. The only support options I'm given is finding a hp store or going to the community forums. I would like to speak to someone at HP to resolve this, because this issue occured under warranty and they didn't fully fix the product. How could I go about doing this? Could someone provide me with a livechat link or email adress? I wasn't able to find either. Thank you!
