[Please reply/help If you can!!] Problem with repair after warranty has expired

HP Recommended
Hp Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I had a problem with my "A" key becoming loose and popping off about a year ago. My product was under warranty so I was able to get it fixed; however, when it came back the A key worked fine but just felt a bit funny. Now, about a little less than a year later I'm having the same problem, so their repair didn't work. I was trying to contact a livechat agent for about an hour now and haven't been able to figure out how to reach them. The only support options I'm given is finding a hp store or going to the community forums. I would like to speak to someone at HP to resolve this, because this issue occured under warranty and they didn't fully fix the product. How could I go about doing this? Could someone provide me with a livechat link or email adress? I wasn't able to find either. Thank you!

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from, here's how private messages work: Click here for details.

The only options listed are HP Support Community (where I came) and HP Service Center Locator.
