I have been recently experiencing some battery issues usually after my battery gets drained. Even when I'm gaming my battery percentage gets stuck at 91% and shows plugged in but not charging. I was watching a movie recently and my battery percentage went low so I shut down my laptop, the next morning when i turned on my laptop I found the battery to be low so I plugged in the charger after that my screen went black and my laptop rebooted automatically after which it started showing the message 0% available plugged in not charging. Running the battery check showed the following error code
QE43TD-8QD9HP-MFPURG-C0AU13 . After the battery check, the battery started charging normally and even the when i ran the battery check again it didn't show any error code this time.

Hello @eldiablo_47

Im not sure what happened but if its working, I would just keep an eye on it.

If you are still in warranty, you could always contact HP directly.

Thank you for the quick reply. Appreciate it.

But can you please explain the battery check failure ID :

QE43TD-8QD9HP-MFPURG-C0AU13

Failure Code 601

Error Message Battery 1

Its saying the battery had failed.

Could include  AC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power Supply.

What ever happened during the diagnostics, it was reset apparently. I would just keep an eye on it. If it happens again, contact warranty if you are still eligible.
