Plugged in M.2 Nvme SSD but it's not showing up in system information, device management?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

With my Laptop being a few years old, I wanted to upgrade my Operating system from my 2tb 5400rpm HDD to a faster M.2 Nvme ssd.

I done some research on my model of gaming notebook and inspected the motherboard and noticed it's compatible with a Pcie Nvme ssd. I've purchased one and have installed it correctly into the board.

Once the laptop has loaded, I can't find the SSD anywhere. I've tried Device Management, System information (and it doesn't appear next to my C: drive)

I'm fairly new to upgrading computers so any help would be amazing.

System information;

Thank you.

Hi:

The Crucial memory report and the service manual for your notebook both indicate that only SATA M.2 SSD's are supported.

See chapter 1 of the service manual.
