Hp Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased this laptop about 5 months ago.  Battery now always shows 56% while plugged in.  Doesn't matter if I shutdown to let it charge it what.  If I remove the AC the laptop will immediately shutdown.  It will then run the memory cache check upon reboot with an extended reboot duration as it loads into windows.  I've tried going to the device manager and uninstalling the battery driver but that does nothing.

Hello @Beta_Camo

If you purchased an HP laptop only 5 months ago and it will not run without the charger, simply contact HP Support directly (not the support forum) for a warranty issue.
