Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX 200 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 Combo (Gigabit file transfer speeds)

My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working after an update. Please help. I have tried everything. Now I cannot even find the drivers, and when I install them, they do not appear in the device manager at all, not even when "Show hidden devices" is on.

QUICK UPDATE. I fixed it. Suppose you are having the same issues.  I will tell you what I did, but I do not recommend doing it unless you are a hands-on techie.

 

I opened the laptop up and removed the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX 200 (2x2) and Bluetooth® 5 Combo, while this is still connected to both black cables unscrew and using a WHITE eraser clean the teeth.
