Product: HP VICTUS 16e-0000 Gaming laptop

Hi,

I requested a technician via HP for touchpad getting too physically loose issue. HP sent a technician who was very very tech illiterate. He came from rain , did not bother to wear gloves before touching laptop. 

 

Tried opening the laptop without prying tools like a guitar card and literally forced opened it.

 

Then he held my laptop from the right corner the area below numpad , with one hand in air , like a sword. 

This caused my laptop to bend , mind you he did not even remove batteries and the bend caused possible stress to battery and motherboard.

 

My service experience is pathetic. Neither HP has any email or contact options for us to get in touch with senior officials , no way to get easy relief despite product being in warranty.

 

From fixing a small touchpad issue to causing physical stress to my motherboard , this has been a nightmare service on my gaming expensive laptop.

 

Possible solutions ?
