Anyone knows how to install precision touchpad drivers on 2018 Omen with Windows 10 1809 build ?

This is the latest driver listed in the drivers page for your model. Download the file and run it. It should install the latest.

You can check the driver version in the Device Manager under Mice and other pointing devices. Right click on that and choose Properties. In the new pop up window, select the Driver tab.

You can also navigate to the device in the Device Manager, go to the touchpad properties and update the driver from there.
