Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw

After I inserted a new $85 laser cartridge I began to have printer problems where the paper wasn't feeding properly.  Although I tried numerous times to fix the errors, I bought a new HP laser printer.  Unfortunately it does not use the same model cartridge.  the old printer used 201A cartridges but the new printer uses 206X cartridges.  Can I

Will HP send me a new cartridge (206X) to replace the 201A cartridge i spent $85 for but basically could not use?
