Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to play assassin's creed syndicate on my laptop with 4gb ram. Please tell me what to do.

It really helps us if you would post the full product number of your laptop.

It can be found in the HP Support Assistant.

 

You need to give more details also like what settings you play at, are you on battery only or plugged in, etc etc.

 

With what you posted already, Im not surprised you're not having good results. You dont come close to the recommended specs needed to play that game.

 

"Please tell me what to do."

You need a more upgraded computer with more powerful hardware that you can game with.
