Hello,
I recently bought a gaming laptop - HP Omen 15-ce005nc and I have the Omen Command Center. When I open it there is a possibility to update it, but when i try a message on the bottom right corner appears saying - "The update is being downloaded and installed. This might take a few minutes." Unfortunately, I tried several times and waited for hours, but nothing has changed - neither is something downloaded, not installed.
Am I doing something wrong or is there another problem? If so how can I solve it? My version is 1.3.119 Rev.A
Thank you in advance!
Rolda

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

As I understand there's an issue with the Omen Command Center,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you install the Omen Controller from the HP website or was it the HP Recovery manager?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to do:
The HP OMEN Command Center personalizes the game play experience through simplified access to custom settings.
This package is provided for supported computer models running a supported operating system: Click here to download the latest version.
If the issue persists, please download the original version from the HP Recovery Manager: Click here for instructions.
Keep me posted,
If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
