Actually, I’m very disappointed, I bought my HP Victus ..  45 days ago, I'm an architect and the laptop is used for graphic work.
and suddenly it stopped displaying anything on the built-in screen but works fine with only external screens. I left the laptop with the HP maintenance agency ( Ensure - Egypt ) and they replied after 4 days, that there is a manufacturing defect and the laptop needs a new motherboard and it will be received after 40 days   .. actually, I’m not satisfied with their reply, and I want the laptop to be replaced.
I did a complaint by phone..   >> but nothing happened .. 

anyway, I have had a very bad experience with HP support and I'm waiting for more respect for my time and complaint.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.


Follow the instructions below to reach them:  

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp 

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.  

4) Select the country from the drop-down.  

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.  

6) Fill the web form and proceed further.  


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Your solution is not applicable ..  
Actually, I did a complaint by phone .. and nothing happened .. I want to escalate the matter ..  please tell me how ?????
I have serious trouble with my work because of your faulty product ..  and there is no respect for my time and need .. 

This is the worst experience I've had since working on laptops and I will not recommend it to anybody.
