So I recently downloaded the Omen Command Centre, when I installed it, it restarted my laptop and when I sign in it takes me to a temp account, I have tried everything to retrieve my account but nothing has worked.(It allows me to get in when on safe mode)

Hello @Wat3r

In Windows, data and user activity is usually separated and managed by different accounts. Even if the PC may have only a single user, this user has its own account (a.k.a. user profile). Based on your description, it looks like your account has gone corrupted and Windows logs you into a temporary one. Don't worry, user accounts "tend to be fragile" and what you face happens relatively frequently.

You should create a new account/new profile and migrate your data from the old one to the new one. Eventually, when all is completed, you may delete your old user profile. Here are some tips and tricks about this procedure >> https://windowsreport.com/corrupt-user-profile-windows-10/
