 And what does the change of color mean like while charging it is orange and when it fully charge it turn white. if my laptop (hp victus)is completely charged and if i keep on charging. does to my laptop take power from the source or should i just remove it.

When it is orange, it is charging, then when it is white the charge is complete, the laptop is not charged more
