Hi HP Team,
I brought a laptop from retail stores [e.g., Vijay Sales/Croma]. The purchase date is July 2025, but the factory warranty expires in November 2025. only 6 months for my product's factory warranty.
Here is a list of which expire and coverage expiring
[1] Status: Expired
- Coverage type: Factory warranty
- Service type: Wty: HP Support for Initial Setup
- Remarks: Coverage Expires Before Laptop Purchase.
[2] Status: Coverage expiring
- Coverage type: Bundled warranty
- Service type: HWM Onsite
[3] Status: Coverage expiring
- Coverage type: Factory warranty
- Service type: Warranty Hardware Maintenance Off-Site
I also buy external warranties for HWM Onsite and HP Protection Service and HP HW Maintenance Onsite Support. Also, that warranty also starts with the date: September 2024.

As a new guest to our community, I would advise the community search functionality as it bears answers for most questions.
A quick search for the term "warranty" finds, as an example, this >Brand new desktop already out of warranty?<
One of our friendly volunteers explains exactly why this is happening and also shows how the warranty, if entitled, can be corrected using the Warranty Dispute page.
Most of us are just volunteers here.
