Hello, I would like to update the storage capacity of my computer, currently has a 1TB HHD but I would like to know if it has a slot available to install an m.2 SSD on the motherboard and, if possible, what is the capacity maximum that supports storage, reading and writing?

Hello @ErnestoH

 

That series of laptop supports both NVMe and Sata m.2 drives. I would just install a Sata M.2 as it will be much cheaper than the other and you wont physically see a speed difference.

There is no limit as to how much storage you want to purchase. Most users usually install either 500GB or a 1TB drive.
