R KEY NOT WORKING DUE TO MANUFACTURER DEFECT
I am yet another victim like the buyers below. R key would occasionally malfunction then work since purchase almost 2 years ago. Now it is not working anymore at all and I am using an external keyboard. Fix my issue - please do not give me a timewasting trouble-shoot reply, I've tried everything in these forum posts. This is my 2nd HP Omen laptop. What can you do for me to keep me as a HP Omen customer?
