Hi:

What model Intel processor does your notebook have?

Memory can only run as fast as the processor's FSB can support.

I have intel core i5-7300HQ

Your notebook's i5-7300HQ processor can run the memory at a max speed of 2400 MHz.

So i cant do nothing with it ?

Not a thing.

The speed of the memory is limited to how fast the processor can run the memory at.

The good news is you can use the DDR4-3200 memory on a newer model notebook that can run it at 3200 MHz.
