HP Omen 15-dc1004nj 6WD98EA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I have HP Omen 15-dc1004nj 6WD98EA

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c06378268

i want to upgrade RAM to 32GB (Maximum supported RAM)

I talked with HP Support in Israel they told me this model can't be upgraded

And a lot they told me any laptop in the world can be upgraded

I want to be sure before i buy a new ram to upgrade

Is this model really can't be upgraded ?

Thanks in advance

Its specs

It has   16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 16 GB). You simply add 16GB more to slot 2 and you have 32GB. You can use same existing RAM or use following compatible RAM

HP uses RAM from few suppliers. My Omen machine uses Samsung RAM (32GB pre-installed)
