@The-Godfather , welcome to the forum.
Here is the Product Specifications page for the laptop. Also, the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory.
I suggest that you install CPU-Z to check the brand and timings for the existing memory. You will find this information in the "SPD" tab. Then, you can check with Crucial's Tech Support to see if their memory is compatible.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Thank you for response, but that does not solve my problem because I know exaclty what memory set is already installed on my notebook. I need to know which RAM my motherboard supports. Does it support, for example, (2 x 8/16/32 GB)? Does it support just 1200 MHz? Dual Channel Memory?
I am looking for the specification of my mother board (RAM slots). Where is my official motherboard(Laptop) catalog?
I need something like the following: "extract from GIGABYTE H310M S2H (rev. 1.0) rev. 1.1":
Memory
2 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 32 GB of system memory
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz memory modules
Support for ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
* To support 2666 MHz or XMP memory, you must install an 8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7/i5 processor.
(Please refer "Memory Support List" for more information.)
