Omen by HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased my HP Omen 17 an100 CTO in January of 2019. It came with 16GB of 2666mhz RAM but I would like to upgrade to 32GB of RAM. When I use the Crucial search engine for my product number, it gives me 3200mhz RAM as an option. Will my particular laptop support 3200mhz RAM or will it just support 2666mhz RAM? Thank you all very much in advance.

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06001792

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

Neither of the processors listed in the manual can run the memory faster than 2666 MHz.
