Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i bought this pc i a little less than a year ago and recently it has been really slow. I mean its supposed to be a gaming pc but it really cant play ANYTHING. For example this pc should be able to play overwatch at medium settings BUT even at low settings its still REALLY laggy (mostly with mouse input delay). Thank you for any help i can get.

and to anyone saying i should reboot my pc and reinstall everything. I have already done it MULTIPLE times.

As you have mentioned that you have already reinstalled the operating system multiple times and still the issue persists, I recommend you to run a system test on the computer to make sure all the hardware components are working fine. Refer to below article to run the system test.
