MY WINDOWS 11 IS NOT BOOTING AND NEITHER SHOWING ANY OPTION TO RESET PC IN RECOVERY MODE

I NEED TO REINSTALL THE SAME EXACT VERISON OF WINDOWS WITH MS OFFICE ETC..

WHERE CAN I GET IT ?

AND ALSO WILL IT GET ACTIVATED AUTOMATICALLY?

Use the HP cloud recovery tool that will create a bootable USB recovery drive, that will install Windows the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the software on another PC as yours is not working, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

 

Your PC's product number is not 758R0AV which is for the general model series.

 

Your PC's model is one of those listed under the 758R0AV series at the link below:

 

HP PartSurfer

 

Along with the specific product number you need to include the #ACJ that follows the main product number.
