Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The laptop said 8GB of RAM everywhere on Amazon, NewEgg, HP website, etc. etc. But on buying, I got to know that 2.1GB of the RAM is reserved by AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 Graphics. For me, only 5.9GB is available to use which is completely not fair.
I read many discussions about this and there was no solution to it. So, I'd like to demand an extra 8GB stick to compensate this problem.

Look, it clearly says 8GB RAM but then also we only got 5.9GB.

This seems to only apply to notebook and desktop PC's with AMD Ryzen 3xxx processors.
