Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an HP Pavillion dk1010ca, and I was wondering if it's possible to change out my RAM. If possible, does anybody know what the storage and speed limits are for the ram I can get?

Hi:

 

HP only has the service manual for the older models in the series on your notebook's support page.

According to the manual there are two memory slots which support a max of 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.

 

If you install faster memory than DDR4-2400, that would be fine, but it will only run at 2400 Mhz.

 

Since HP doesn't have the service manual for your notebook's model series yet, you may want to open up the notebook before buying additional memory and make sure that there are two memory slots as specified in the manual.
