Your notebook can support 2 x 16 GB of DDR4-3200 CL22 memory.

 

For a NVMe SSD you can install as high a capacity NVMe SSD as you want as long as the drive is single-sided so it fits in the slot.

 

HP only has the service manual for the original 15-ec0xxx model series available:

The Crucial SSD report indicates that they sell NVMe SSDs up to 4 TB for the model series:
