I recently bought a pair of 2x16 ballistix  3200Mhz 32Gb sodimm ram for my laptop, but after installing it says i have 2667Mhz. Ive heard it could be because i need to enable xmp in the bios but i cant seem to find it. Is there any way i can make it read at 3200 instead of 2667.

My old ram was reading 3200mhz and it was 2x4 8gb. After installing the new one, my laptop got significantly slower. Could this be because its reading 2667mhz?

Hi,

You need RAM that runs at 3200Mhz without XMP

Something like this should work

Hope it helps,
