Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G38AV)

My computer has DDR5, 8GB Ram. I want to increase my ram amount to 16GB or 32GB. Can I get support from the authorized service for this? In addition, is it possible to change my video card to RTX 3060TI in the future?

What is your Laptop PC 16-e1000 (53G38AV)  ? For the series, you can use the following options

  • 8 GB DDR5-4800 MHz RAM (1 x 8 GB)

  • 16 GB DDR5-4800 MHz RAM (2 x 8 GB)

  • 32 GB DDR5-4800 MHz RAM (2 x 16 GB)

No, you can NOT change video card, you have to buy new System board with new video card.

Regards.
