HEy Guys, my OMEN Laptop has this

1 Thunderbolt™ 3 (Data Transfer up to 40 Gb/s, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge)

 

Can I use another USB-C Charger to charge it if I do not have my Power Supply

It helps to always post what model or product number you have so we can help you more precisely.

As far as I know, none of the Omen laptops can be charged via USB C since it doesn't have enough power to run the laptop.

You need to use the AC charger that came with the laptop.
