Can't update Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver Update (another process is using the file)

Cannot install SP99008 Version 16.8.3.1003 for Intel RST Driver update, get the same message another process is using the file.

This seems to be a known issues as per microsoft when updating on Windows 10,

One fix that seems to have worked for some folks is to navigate to:

"C:\Windows\System32\drivers", then find the iaStorA.sys driver and rename it to iaStorA_old.sys

Then, try the update again.
