So I was told I would be receiving a free repair about a month ago and my case was moving forward until suddenly the agent that was helping me stops replying. It's about to be 2 months since I reported my problem in this forum! It is even more annoying and frustrating that I am having this problem in the middle of a pandemic especially since I have to work from home! The agent stopped replying to me and now I am just stuck. I might be out of a job soon because HP is promising me things and confusing me! I have been an HP customer for a long time now and have never had a problem with their customer service until now. I don't understand why the customer service has become so bad! I need my laptop fixed soon and I am just being confused too much!
