HP Spectre 13 x360 late 2019 compatibility with HP Omen Accelerator

I have an HP Specter x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx that does not work with the GA1-1000np omen I called the hp support and their answer was that they were not compatible.
I tried to connect to a dell and it worked perfectly, I was disappointed with the hp, I don't understand how a premium equipment is not compatible with the equipment of the brand itself and with others they work.
Support says the only way to solve the problem is to sell omen GA1-1000np because it is not compatible.
I already put the laptop for sale and never buy anything hp again.

What EXACTLY is your HP Specter x360 Convertible 13-ap0xxx ? Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

It has following ports at its back

• Reset button
• LAN (Ethernet)
• Thunderbolt 3: 1 (used for connection to host device only)
• USB 3.1-Type C: 1 (data only; no video support)
• USB 3.1-Type A: 4

Probably your Dell has Thunderbolt 3 port and your HP does NOT have.

HP has many models/products including Spectre machines which DO HAVE Thunderbolt 3 port.

Has everything to be compatible, specifications equal to dell, but it seems that dell is more compatible
