Have the same issue with Windows 11 25H2. On HP support page there is only support for 24H2.
Nvidia driver installed on my notebok is 32.0.15.6643 and AMD driver is 32.0.13074.0 .
On HP Support page the latest drivers listed are: Nvidia 32.0.15.6643, AMD 32.0.11020.1002.
It looks that Windows Update auto-installed never version of AMD driver...
How do I resolve the issue with Hybrid mode? When will HP add offical support for Windows 11 25H2?

Hi @crt___
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
To resolve the black screen issue in Hybrid Graphics Mode on your HP Victus 16 with Windows 11 25H2, roll back the AMD driver to version 32.0.11020.1002 and disable automatic driver updates. HP has not yet listed official support for 25H2, so using the last validated driver is essential.
Step-by-Step: Fix Hybrid Graphics Black Screen on HP Victus 16 (Windows 11 25H2)
1. Roll Back the AMD GPU Driver
- Press Windows + X > Device Manager
- Expand Display adapters
- Right-click AMD Radeon GPU > Properties
- Go to the Driver tab > click Roll Back Driver
This reverts to the HP-supported version 32.0.11020.1002, which is stable for Hybrid Mode.
2. Disable Automatic Driver Updates
- Press Windows + S, type Device Installation Settings
- Select No (your device might not work as expected) > Save
- Then open Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc)
- Navigate to:
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage updates offered from Windows Update - Enable: Do not include drivers with Windows Updates
- Navigate to:
This prevents Windows from reinstalling newer AMD drivers that may conflict with Hybrid Mode.
3. Download HP-Supported AMD Driver
Visit: HP Victus 16-s0000 Drivers
Select Windows 11 version 24H2
Download and install:
- AMD Graphics Driver version 32.0.11020.1002
- NVIDIA Graphics Driver version 32.0.15.6643
These are the latest validated drivers for Hybrid Graphics on your model.
4. Switch to Fixed Graphics Mode (Temporary Workaround)
- Open AMD Radeon Software
- Go to Settings > Graphics > Advanced
- Set Switchable Graphics Mode to Fixed or Standard
This forces the system to use the discrete GPU and may bypass Hybrid Mode issues.
5. Monitor for HP Support Updates
- HP currently lists support up to Windows 11 version 24H2.
- Driver updates for 25H2 typically follow within 4–8 weeks of Microsoft’s release cycle.
You can check the HP support page regularly for updated compatibility.
Let me know how the system responds after rolling back the AMD driver and applying the HP-supported version. If needed, I can guide you through verifying GPU switching behavior or preparing a clean install.
You're doing everything right—this sequence should help restore stable graphics performance.
